OELC's 2nd Annual Women's Tea
On May 22, over 50 lovely ladies and their friends and loved ones (nearly double the attendance of our first tea party!) donned party hats, gloves and pearls for a delicious traditional tea party to benefit the children of OELC.
The Tea Lady graciously provided tea and OELC staff and board created a variety of finger sandwiches, desserts and other nibbles.
They enjoyed music, games and a presentation by Shanna Stevenson of the Women’s History Consortium celebrating the 100th anniversary of women’s voting rights.
