ECEAP
ECEAP is a state funded partnership with Head Start, a federally-funded program for low-income families with children 3 ½ to 5 years old. The teachers assess each child to make sure he or she is meeting the standards for his or her age and will be ready to start kindergarten. The teachers also help to set family and personal goals with the families so they will succeed. The teachers assist the parents in finding community resources to help reach the family and personal goals. The program helps to create sustainability and support for a productive family structure.
