Tuition
We accept cash, checks, debit and Visa or Mastercard for payment.
Our mission is to provide quality early learning and child care for all children, regardless of a family's ability to pay. We partner with DSHS Working Connections and we also offer a sliding scale fee program for families who qualify. You can find the sliding scale worksheet here. Parents enrolling 2 or more children receive a 25% discount for the older child. Please feel free to call us with any questions or assistance in figuring your tuition.
We regret that as of January 1, 2011, due to financial constraints, Sliding Fee Scale is on moratorium until further notice. This only affects new families; families already enrolled and approved for Sliding Fee Scale will not be affected.
Full rate tuition effective January 2011
Infants up to 11 months $810/month
Toddlers 12 months to 29 months (2 1/2 years) $715/month
Children 2 1/2 to 5 years $645/month
Drop-In Rate $30 per day, per child (must be pre-approved)
Lighthouse Preschool Program $200/month
Education Station Before and After School $360-$500/month
School Escape Day Camps cost per session varies. Click on the link or call for upcoming camps.
We require an annual registration fee of $50 ($25 per school year for preschool). Get enrollment info here.
Tuition is pro-rated for children beginning or ending at OELC mid-month.
We cannot pro-rate tuition for illness, vacations or closures beyond our control.
All families receive a monthly invoice in advance of the payment due date. Payments are due on the first of each month. For example, tuition for April is due April 1. Please make payments on time to avoid a $25 late fee. If your payment is not received by the 5th of the month, we regret that we cannot allow you to drop off your child until payment is made in full. Pay in person at the front desk, or if our administrators are not available, drop a check in the payment box at the front desk.
Mail us a check.
Set up ACH (automatic) payments from your debit or credit card. Download the authorization form and return the completed form to us.
